How to add it to your email
- Gmail: Settings (the gear icon), See all settings, General, Signature. Create a new signature, paste and save at the bottom of the page.
- Outlook: Settings, Mail (or Accounts), Signatures. Create a new signature, paste and save.
- Apple Mail: Mail, Settings, Signatures. Add a signature and paste. If it looks plain, untick 'Always match my default message font'.
Send yourself a test email and check it on your phone too.
Tips
- Keep it short: name, role, one phone number, website and the review button.
- Use the same business name, phone number and address as your Google profile.

Questions about this tool
Is it OK to ask for Google reviews in my email signature?
Yes. Google lets businesses ask customers for reviews, as long as you don't offer anything in return, don't ask only happy customers and don't tell people what to write. A link in every email asks everyone equally.
Why can't I upload my logo?
Email apps don't show images pasted in as files, and many block them. A logo already on your website, linked by its web address, shows reliably in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Does it work in Outlook?
Yes. The signature uses simple tables and inline styles, which Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail all keep. Paste it with 'Copy signature' rather than the HTML code.
Is my information saved?
Only in your own browser, so you can come back and edit it. Nothing is sent to us.
