How it works
Appointments a week × no-show rate gives the empty slots. Multiply by your average spend and by 52 weeks, then divide by 12 for a month. The saving uses the share you think reminders could recover, which is your own estimate.

Questions about this tool
Should I count late cancellations?
Yes, if the slot couldn't be filled. To your takings, a cancellation an hour before is the same as a no-show.
Where do the example numbers come from?
They're starting points to edit, not industry averages. Your booking system's reports will give you your real figures.
Can I charge for no-shows?
Many businesses take a deposit or charge a fee for late cancellations. Tell customers clearly before they book, and check any rules that apply to your type of business and country.
Is anything I type saved?
