Help happy customers find the words.
Plenty of customers mean to leave a review, then stare at an empty box and give up. The Review Assistant asks them a few quick questions and turns their own answers into a short draft they can edit and post themselves.
- Built only from the customer's own answers
- They edit it and post it from their account
- Works in 27 languages
The staff were lovely and my flat white was excellent. I'll definitely be back!
How it works for your customers
A few quick questions
Up to five, answered with a tap, a few words or a photo. You write the questions or let the AI suggest them.
A draft in their words
First person, plain everyday language, usually 25 to 60 words. Nothing is invented: no names, prices or events they didn't mention.
Honest by design
Minor complaints stay in the draft. The assistant doesn't polish feedback into a sales pitch.
Never two the same
Drafts that echo a recent review or start the same way are rewritten, so your reviews don't sound copied.
They post it
One tap copies the review and opens Google. The customer pastes it, changes anything they like and posts it themselves.
Everywhere you ask
On your review page, QR codes, tap cards, request links and website.
How it works
- Step 1
Switch it on
Turn it on for your review page and choose a casual or neutral tone.
- Step 2
Set the questions
Write your own or let the AI suggest them from a short description of your business.
- Step 3
Watch more reviews finish
Customers who used to give up now leave a few clear sentences.
Good to know
- Every review starts with a real customer describing their own visit, and only they can post it. That's what Google's rules require.
- We don't use it to push keywords into reviews. Asking customers for specific wording breaks Google's rules.
- Included on every plan: Reviews, Reviews + Leads, Local Growth and Growth + Ads.

AI Review Assistant: questions
Is this allowed by Google?
The review describes a real visit, comes from the customer's answers, and is edited and posted by the customer from their own account. Google's rule is that reviews must reflect a genuine experience, and these do.
Is this the same as AI review replies?
No. The Review Assistant helps customers write new reviews. AI review replies help you answer reviews that are already posted.
Can customers skip it?
Yes. It's optional for every customer, and anyone can write their own review from scratch.
