Trustpilot vs REVIEWS.io: pricing, contracts and features compared

Trustpilot and REVIEWS.io both collect reviews on their own sites and show them on yours. Trustpilot's paid plans start at $99 a month per domain (from £119 in the UK), billed annually on a 12-month commitment, with a free plan of 50 invitations a month. REVIEWS.io starts at $29 a month with a free plan of 25 invites, and is aimed mainly at online shops. Neither replaces Google reviews for a local business. Checked 28 October 2026.

What local businesses should know

  • Local customers mostly read Google reviews on your Maps listing. A Trustpilot or REVIEWS.io score doesn't show there.
  • Use these platforms if you sell online or customers already look for you there; otherwise put your requests into Google first.
