How to find and log in to your Google Business Profile
To get into your Google Business Profile, sign in to the Google Account that manages it, then search Google for your business name and town, or search "my business". You can also go to business.google.com, or tap "Business" in the Google Maps app.
Log in and find your profile
| Where | How |
|---|---|
| Google Search | Sign in, then search your business name and town, or "my business". |
| business.google.com | Sign in and open your profile from the list. |
| Google Maps app | Tap "Business" at the bottom right. Manage several? Tap the arrow at the top to switch. |
| Google Maps on a computer | Sign in and search your business name and town. |
Don't know which account manages it?
- Search all your email inboxes for messages from Google Business Profile. The account that receives them is usually the one.
- Check old staff or agency accounts. Whoever set it up may have used their own.
- Open your business on Google Maps. If it says "Claim this business", nobody manages it yet and you can claim it.
- If someone else manages it and won't hand it over, request ownership through Google.
Once you're in
- Add your business partner as a second owner, so you're never locked out.
- Check your hours, phone number and website are right.
- Turn on notifications for new reviews, so you can reply quickly.
